India's Defining
Governance Moment

Artificial Intelligence is no longer a technology concern. It is a boardroom imperative, a regulatory frontier, a constitutional question, and a societal reckoning — all at once. As AI systems make decisions in credit, healthcare, justice, and employment, the question of accountability has never been more urgent.

"When an algorithm denies a loan, decides a bail hearing, or recommends a diagnosis — who is responsible? Who governs?"

— The Core Question of Our Era

The AI Trust & Governance Conclave convenes India's most influential decision-makers, policymakers, technologists, and ethicists to forge answers, frameworks, and commitments — not just conversations.

Conclave's Four Tracks

Each track is designed to move from problem to framework to action — with India-specific context at the centre.

01
AI Leadership: State & Enterprise
Explores how government and enterprise leaders are shaping the direction of AI adoption — balancing innovation, economic ambition, and public accountability. The discussion will examine leadership choices, institutional roles, and the alignment required between state priorities and enterprise execution.
02
AI Governance: Frameworks, Gaps, Automation & Future
Examines existing AI governance frameworks and their limitations in addressing real-world deployment. Focuses on closing critical gaps, operationalizing governance through automation, and preparing for a future where AI systems act with increasing autonomy.
03
Data Trust, DPDPA & AI Accountability: Infrastructure, Risk & Liability
Focuses on the foundations of trustworthy AI — data. Explores how data trust models, regulatory frameworks like DPDPA, and organizational accountability structures come together to manage risk, ensure compliance, and define liability in AI systems.
04
AI Regulation Perspectives: Academia, Society & Enterprise
Brings together perspectives from academia, civil society, and industry to understand how AI regulation is evolving. Examines how theoretical frameworks, societal expectations, and enterprise realities intersect in shaping practical and inclusive regulatory approaches.

150+ Voices Who
Shape Decisions

This is a 'technology-governance' conclave convening policymakers, regulators, technology stakeholders, enterprise leaders, researchers and infrastructure specialists in shaping how AI is deployed, governed, regulated and scaled across India. Every delegate either drives, influences or advises critical decisions around the future of AI systems and public trust.
